Fluorine Pump (Corrosion-resistant) Chemical Pump Specialized WB2 Series Mechanical Seal

WB2 series is a single-face balanced mechanical seal designed for PTFE (corrosion resistant) pumps. Its core is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) bellows, and the spring is protected by the PTFE cover, so the strong corrosion resistance is excellent. The structure is externally mounted, with arbitrary rotation direction, which can adapt to various acid, alkali and salt solutions, especially suitable for media containing particles.

1. Comprehensive corrosion resistance

Main body corrosion resistance: the corrugated pipe, auxiliary sealing ring and other main parts adopt polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which can withstand most acid, alkali, salt and other strong corrosive media.

Optional end faces: the friction pair end faces are provided with silicon carbide, tungsten carbide and other super hard corrosion-resistant materials, which can be customized according to the specific media to ensure the long-term sealing.

2. Stable and reliable structure

Spring protection: Multi-spring design is adopted, and the spring is completely wrapped by the PTFE cover, isolated from the medium, effectively preventing the failure caused by crystallization or particle blockage.

Easy installation: the external structure makes it easy to install, observe and replace the pump without removing the pump body, and the maintenance is simple.

3. Extensive environmental adaptability

It is designed to rotate in any direction without restricting the rotation direction of the pump shaft, with strong versatility.

It can adapt to media containing crystal particles (strong alkali, etc.) and is not easy to be blocked.
