    Product production process

    1.Core process: relying on advanced CNC machine tools and CNC machining centers, following the five major links of raw material selection, precision machining, sealing surface grinding, assembly and debugging, and full process quality inspection;

    2.Raw material processing: Strictly screen the raw materials before entering the site to ensure that the material performance meets the standards;

    3.Key processing: The sealing end face adopts professional grinding technology to improve flatness and smoothness; The corrugated pipe adopts processes such as stamping, cleaning, welding, and heat treatment, while the PTFE corrugated pipe adopts a single blade turning process;

    4.Assembly requirements: The parts should be cleaned and pre treated with alcohol or specialized cleaning agents, and operated according to the static ring installation, dynamic ring and shaft sleeve assembly, and overall assembly process to ensure that the springs are concentric and the sealing surface is evenly stressed;

    5.Quality inspection standards: The finished product undergoes multiple performance tests such as high temperature resistance, sealing, and corrosion resistance. Dimensional testing is carried out using tools such as coordinate measuring instruments and micrometers. Surface quality is verified through optical microscopy, and the entire process is traceable.
