UPVC Window Screw
Characteristics
● Thin shank with coarse (plastic) thread designed specifically for uPVC.
● Flat (countersunk) or oval flat head; PH2 or SQ1 (square) drive.
● Sharp self-drilling tip (thread runs to the point) — no pre-drilling in the profile.
● Material: carbon steel 1022A or stainless SUS304 / SUS316.
● Non-staining finish (zinc, Ruspert, Dacromet) to keep white frames clean; do not over-tighten.
Uses
● Assembling uPVC window and door frames and sashes.
● Fixing hardware and fittings (hinges, locks, handles, keeps) into the profile.
● Installing glazing beads and gasket / seal strips.
